Health Insurance
Inland Valley Recovery Services accepts most private health insurance for treatment that is offered at our facilities. Such insurances include Tri-Care, Blue Cross, Humana, Health Net, Aetna, and many more. Please understand that insurances vary from one provider to the next. For further information or to verify eligibility with your insurance provider please contact the administrative staff at one of our offices or complete the verification form below. One of our admissions counselors will follow up with you about the next step in your recovery process.

Private Pay Rates
The following is the fee schedule for the various services offered:
Sub Acute Detox: $475 per day (7-10 days) ($1500 non-refundable admission fee)
Residential Treatment with a child: $8,700 per 30 days ($1500 non-refundable admission fee)
Residential Treatment no child: $8,250 per 30 days ($1500 non-refundable admission fee)
Intensive Outpatient: $250 per day, 3 days per week, pay as you attend
Outpatient: $125 per service 3 days per week, pay as you attend
Therapy (Sliding Scale) $60-90 per session
Medi-Cal
If you have Medi-Cal for San Bernardino County you may be eligible for services based on medical necessity. For more information about the Outpatient services, contact our Upland Recovery Center or the San Bernardino Recovery Center.
Withdrawal management is provided based on medical necessity. There are no limitations or restrictions to access withdrawal management. Treatment services for residential range from 30 days up to 120 days. The duration of treatment is determined by an ASAM assessment.
