IVRS 2026 Chili Cook Off

We are thrilled to invite you to join us for the 19th Annual Chili Cook-Off, hosted by Inland Valley Recovery Services (IVRS), on October 2, 2026, at Upland City Hall! This beloved community tradition is filled with great food, friendly competition, and local spirit — but most importantly, it is a powerful opportunity for our community to come together and change young lives.

This year’s event carries special meaning for IVRS. After years of planning, partnership, and dedication, we are nearing the finish line in launching our new adolescent residential recovery program. With support from a California Department of Health Care Services infrastructure grant, we are completing a brand-new facility designed specifically for adolescents. Once open, this program will be the first of its kind in San Bernardino County, providing young people with a safe, supportive, and compassionate place to begin their recovery journey.

Now comes the final and most important push. The 2026 Chili Cook-Off will help us cross the finish line by raising the funds needed to fully prepare and furnish this new home for healing. From beds and furnishings to program supplies and welcoming spaces, your support will help transform a building into a place where adolescents can find hope, stability, and a second chance at life.
